On March 26 and 27, community organizations came together to host a Black health fair at Tommy Douglas secondary school in the York Region.

Planning ahead through community care
September 30, 2021 marked the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. Ceremonies were held across the country to highlight the need for dialogue and direct action to bring reconciliation and restoration to the Indigenous communities harmed by the violent processes of colonization.
