Hi there
Can you please confirm how many CME credits are available for attendance at this program?
Thanks
Hi Eric,
The 2016 Symposium awarded 4.5 Section 1 FRCPC credits, and 4.5 Mainpro M-1 CFPC credits. We won’t be able to confirm the number of credits for the 2017 events probably for another week or two, but i would anticipate similar to last year.
Regards,
Paul Galiwango
are undergrad student allow to come too ?
Thanks for your inquiry. This event is principally aimed at practicing physicians as well as medical trainees and/or medical students. The BPAO is planning an event for undergraduate students for the spring time…further details will be forthcoming on the website.
Do you maintain a listserv or email database?
I am just learning about this years Annual Health Symposium? Last year I missed it because I did not get the announcement.
I did suggest that the announcement about the annual event and other events should be made at least six months in adavance, better still, one year in advance. I subscribed under jkapalan@uwo.ca but received no reminders.
jo
Dr Kapalanga, i am very sorry to hear that you were not aware of the 2017 CME event until recently. This symposium is an annual event, always occurring on the final Saturday in February. At the conclusion of each year’s event, a “save the date” announcement is made for the next year. We do maintain a database of members, and regularly provide updates and announcements through our listserv. I apologize for you not receiving any reminders, and i shall look into this with our membership director to see if your email/contact info is currently logged. I will be in touch with you through the email address noted above to follow up.
Best regards,
Paul Galiwango
